As an individual, we have given freedom and it is clearly stated in the 1987 constitution. In section 4, states that we have freedom of speech, expression and press and the section 5 of it, states that we have freedom of religion. Now if we analyze, it is a character of human being notable become abusive if given a freedom which favorable themselves or privilege which given by the government.  

Laws that talks about freedom has a limitation, everybody should know this. We have given such law to enjoy it by doing well to our fellowmen and not to harm anyone. Freedom was created to express oneself and this right has been protected by the law.

We should not think that if we have freedom, we can now do what we wanted to do like abusing and harming others. No it should not happened. Anyone exercising freedom to do bad things to others shall be answerable by authorities and shall face charges and put into prison.
